If you have been negatively affected by a GCF-funded project or programme, you may freely reach out to the project implementers and the bank to resolve the issue. You may mail or hand-deliver your complaint to TDB’s Head office.

You can submit a request for cooperation with the bank within the framework of green loans to your nearest branch office.
