Requirement

Location and Registration:
Must be an enterprise or company operating within the territory of Mongolia.
Ownership:
At least 51% privately owned.
Employee Count:
Up to 200 employees in the industrial sector.
Up to 50 employees in the service sector.
Financial Criteria:
Annual sales revenue of up to 2.5 billion MNT.
Debt ratio greater than 1.3.
Return on investment (ROI) exceeding 13%.
No overdue loan balances.
Project Financing:
Must fund at least 20% of the project's total financing with own funds.
Environmental Standards:
Must have an environmental impact assessment with no negative environmental impact.
Project Documentation:
Must have a written project plan.
SME Classification:
Must be defined as an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) owner.
Other Criteria:
Must meet additional requirements set by TDB.
