The Trade and Development Bank opened the door to development for ATM in our country by introducing Mongolia's first ATM in 2001. Currently, a total of 2,800 ATMs are operating throughout Mongolia.

To quickly meet the customers cash needs and demands, TDB operates approximately 240 ATMs, and supports international payment cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, UNION PAY, DINERS CLUB & DISCOVER, and PULSE NETWORK at its ATMs.

The bank continues to introduce modern and innovative solutions to enhance the quality, variety, and accessibility of its services. Customers can receive the following services at TDB ATMs:

  1. Cash withdrawal and deposit

  2. Change PIN code, Get Internet PIN code 

  3. Transfer by account number, Card number 

  4. Pay bills 

  5. Make expenditure transactions through Most money mobile-based application 

  6. Get Moneygramm international money transfer service

  7. View account balances, recent transaction statements, and receive receipts 

  8. Make non-cash transactions from MNT accounts within the bank /USD,EUR/ with currency conversion via ATM. 

  9. Make non-cash transactions between banks /Khaan Bank, Golomt Bank, State Bank, Khas Bank, Capitron Bank, Trans Bank, Bogd Bank/ via ATM.

Important considerations to depositing cash into an ATM:

The Maximum withdrawal limit per transaction at a cash dispenser ATM is 700000 MNT, while the minimum is 1000 MNT.

You can only transfer money to TDB card accounts at a recycler ATM.

The maximum withdrawal limit per transaction at a cash recycler ATM is 4 million MNT while the minimum is 5000 MNT. 

A recycler ATM can accept a maximum of 200 banknotes/4 million MNT at a time. 

When using a foreign card to withdraw money form an ATM, the maximum limit per transaction is 400,000 MNT.

No fee on deposit transactions

A fee of 100 MNT applies to cash withdrawals from TDB, Golomt bank, State bank and Capitron bank. 

Dear customer please use untorn, unbent, or unwrinkled banknotes at the ATM.

Please note that the total cash you can withdraw the money from an ATM is limited by your card’s limit. 

If the incoming banknote does not meet the quality requirements, it will be returned, and the next action will be taken once the returned banknote is received.

Dear customer do you need to make an urgent transfer to someone? Whether your mobile phone is out of battery, you have no data to use your smart app, or you are in a hurry and cannot visit a bank branch, you can get the fastest and most cost-effective transfer service at TDB ATMs.

You can get this service at any Trade and Development Bank ATM and make two types of transfer transactions: by card number and by account number.

Things to consider when making a transfer transaction: 

  • The transfer limit can be made within the ATM transaction limit of the card.

  • The transfer fee is 100 MNT or its equivalent in other currencies.
  • Depending on the type of currency transfer, carefully enter the amount you want to transfer at the ATM. 
  • ATM transfers are only available between cards and accounts issued by TDB.
  • When you enter the recipient's account number, the account name will be masked. After careful verification, please proceed with the transaction. The transferred amount will be immediately available for use in the recipient's account.

 

 

 

 

Trade Development Bank Cardholders can make standard payments directly at ATMs, including:

  • Payments for Mongolian Telecom LLC (MTCL).

  • Automatically transfer payments for Skytel LLC postpaid mobile number users. 

  • Automatically process subscription payments for Oriflame LLC consultants.

The ATM payment service provides you with the following advantages:

  • Pay for services from the organizations in our menu using the nearest ATM of TDB without visiting the service center or branches of the organization.

  • You do not need to visit the Bank to pay for these services.

  • What makes it unique is that you can make payments for any service user of your choice directly from your card at once. 

  • This service is available 24 hours a day.

Required items for payment:

  • Skytel LLC postpaid phone number and the amount to be paid for the current month.

  • You must know the number of Oriflame LLC consultants and the amount of the order.

Notices:

To pay for your MTCL landline phone bill: 

  • If you pay your phone bill between 09:00 and 18:00, your phone service rights will be restored within 2 hours, and if you pay between 19:00 and 09:00, your service rights will be restored the next morning. 

  • When making a payment at an ATM, you must carefully check the phone number and payment amount. 

  • Payments can only be made in tugriks. If paying from a card with a foreign currency account, the currency conversion will be made with TDB’s exchange rate.

When paying for Skytel LLC postpaid phone bills: 

  • Your bill will automatically be recorded as paid within one hour of making the payment. 

  • When making the payment, you must carefully check the phone number and payment amount. 

  • Only postpaid phone bills can be paid at the ATM. 

When paying for an Oriflame LLC order: 

  • The payment for the consultant's order will be automatically recorded within one hour after payment. 

  • When making a payment at an ATM, you must carefully enter the consultant number and payment amount.

Payments can only be made in tugriks. If paying from a card with a foreign currency account, the currency conversion will be made with TDB’s exchange rate.

 

Trade and Development Bank offers a variety of additional services to its customers through its ATMs. 

  1. Most money – If you want to withdraw cash from an ATM without using a card, obtain a TAN code through the Most money app, enter your phone number and the TAN code at the ATM to complete the withdrawal. You can also withdraw cash quickly and easily by scanning the Most money service customer identification QR code at the TDB's recycler ATM.

    2. Moneygramm – The Moneygramm international money transfer service is available at ATMs. To send and receive money via MoneyGram without visiting a bank branch, activate the TDB Online service. Once activated, you can make transactions anytime using TDB Online and ATMs. Click  HERE to download all information.

 

  1. Customers can use ATMs up to 10 times a day.

  2. If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, your card will be retained. If you enter it incorrectly 2 times, you need to go to the nearest branch to change your PIN. 

  3. If you insert your card into the ATM and do not take any actions within 30 seconds, your card will be retained. 

  4. If the card has expired, is blocked, or is damaged, the ATM will retain the card. 

  5. If the retained card is a TDB card, please contact the TDB call center and visit the bank's headquarters in person to collect it. 

  6. If it is a card from another bank, you can contact your bank to collect your card.
