Receiving services by power of attorney

If a client is unable to visit the bank in person to access banking products and services, they can receive these services through a representative based on a power of attorney. The representative (the person authorized by the client) is entitled to perform legal actions on behalf of the principal (the client of the bank) within the scope of authority granted by the power of attorney.
