- SMEs complying with the definition provided in the Law on SMEs of Mongolia and must have received a certificate to this effect from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry/ https://www.burtgel.sme.gov.mn. You can get your specification online by sending a request.
- Business owners must have been operating for at least 1 year.
- In need of a loan but lacking sufficient collateral
- In the 6 months prior to submitting the project to LGF, there should be no overdue or non-performing credit history
- Written Project proposal on loan financing activities
- The project must not voilate relevant Environmental, Health and Safety legislation
- Implementation activities shall not be included in the "List of Prohibited Activities"
- Other requirements are specified in TDB's "Operational instructions for small and meduim loans" and "Operational instructions for corporate loan"
