Legal Registration and Operation:
- Must be a legal entity registered with the Mongolian registration authority and operating within Mongolia.
Business Stability:
- Must have been in stable operation for at least 3 years with relevant experience and financial capability.
- Must comply with the Law on Combating Money Laundering, with no criminal record or penalties related to money laundering or terrorism financing.
Licenses and Documentation:
- Must hold the necessary operating licenses issued by authorized bodies.
- Documentation must comply with all legal conditions and requirements.
Credit History:
- Must not have any overdue or non-performing loans or interest obligations with other banks or non-bank financial institutions.
Seller and Buyer Relationship:
- Must have a history of providing goods, services, or work at least twice.
- Seller and buyer must not be related parties or have common interests or interdependencies.
Additional Requirements:
- Must meet any other criteria set by the bank.
