- SMEs complying with the definition provided in the Law on SMEs of Mongolia and must have received a certificate to this effect from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry /https://www.burtgel.sme.gov.mn /. You can get your specification online by sending a request.
- Business owners must have been operating for at least 1 year.
- In need of loan but lacking sufficient collateral.
- In the 6 months prior to submitting the project to LGF, there should be no overdue, non-performing credit history.
- Written project proposal on loan financing activities.
- The project must not violate relevant Environmental, Health and safety legislation.
- Implementation activities shall not be included in the "List of Prohibited Activities".
- Other requirements specified in TDB's "Operational instructions for small and medium loans" and "Operational instructions for corporate loans".
