- Legal entity registered and operating in Mongolia;
- Must have at least 1 year of stable business operations and be creditworthy;
- Required to have relevant operating permits or licenses issued by authorities, along with legally complaint documents;
- Must have no overdue or non-performing loans with other banks or non-bank financial institutions;
- Must open an account in TDB, agreeing to receive contract revenue through this account. (Payment agreement and invoice must state that account receivable are payable to the TDB account)
- Must meet other requirements imposed by TDB
