For Individual : 

1. Loan application form (Form-068) for both the applicant and co-applicant
2. Notarized copies of IDs (required for both the applicant and co-applicant)
3. Additional Documents: Operating Permits, Licenses, and any other necessary documents. 
4. Collateral Documentation: Mortgage Certificate, Certificate of Land Title, Land Ownership Certificate, Contract, Cadastral Map, Power of Attorney if required (original copy) 
5. Financial statement, account Statements for last year.
6. Contracts and Agreement Related to business activities.
7. Documents proving income, expenses, payables, receivables, and financing 
8. Marriage certificate (or documents proving unmarried status).
9. Other necessary documents
