Requirement
- Citizens of Mongolia who have reached the age of 18, and foreign citizens residing in Mongolia
- Full-time employee of an organization with a contract to pay wages through the TDB account (has worked for the enterprise for at least 6 months)
- Have been in stable business for at least one year and have transferred income through a bank account in the last 6 months
