The annual shareholders' meeting of the Trade and Development Bank JSC (“TDB” JSC) was successfully held on April 25, 2025 by online.
Following agenda items were presented to the bank
- Presentation of the 2024 Operational and Financial Reports of “TDB” JSC;
- Independent audit opinion on financial report of 2024;
- Board resolution of Dividend Distribution.
the following presentations were discussed and approved:
- Board of Directors’ opinion on operational and financial reports of “TDB” JSC;
- Election of members of the Board of Directors of the “TDB” JSC;
- Budget expenditure of the Board of Directors.
Trade and Development Bank JSC aims to provide its shareholders with digitalized services based on modern-advanced technology, and this online meeting was one of the ideal examples of implementing the goal. The online meeting was live-streamed through the official TDB platform and it provided possibility for shareholders to vote and ask questions. This demonstrates the further strengthening the transparency and accountability of the bank's governance.
