The Trade and Development Bank (TDB) has become the first organization in Mongolia to implement the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the ISO 23592:2021 Service Excellence Standards, certified by AFNOR Group, a global standards certification body headquartered in France. TDB officially received its certification, marking a significant milestone in its operations.
By integrating the ISO 23592:2021 Service Excellence Standards, introduced by the ISO organization in 2021, TDB has aligned these standards with its strategic goals and objectives. This makes TDB the pioneer in Mongolia to adopt this standard, demonstrating its commitment to delivering products and services that exceed customer expectations and enhancing service quality through comprehensive guidelines and principles.
As part of this initiative, 24 TDB employees participated in a three-module internal auditor training program and received certification as “Integrated Management System Internal Auditors.”
