On December 5, 2019, Forbes Mongolia, Forbes Mongolia Women magazine, and Bloomberg TV’s Economists Club successfully organized the Forbes Mongolia Women’s Summit under the theme “Growth Management and Women’s Leadership.”
The event aimed to enhance women’s participation and promote leadership in Mongolia, bringing together women leaders from social, business, and political sectors, along with economists and independent experts. Participants discussed challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Mongolia and explored potential solutions.
As part of its long-term strategy to support female entrepreneurs, the Trade and Development Bank (TDB) participated as the main sponsor of this event.
During the Forbes Mongolia Women’s Summit: Growth Management and Women’s Leadership, the following four key panel discussions addressed issues and opportunities related to women’s leadership:

- Employment and Women
- Participation and Leadership of Women
These discussions provided a platform to exchange insights and ideas on empowering women and advancing solutions to the challenges they face.
