- Legal Operation: Individuals and businesses operating legally in Mongolia must have a real, owned, or rented property.
- Prohibited Products/Services: Must not sell products or services prohibited by law, both now and in the future.
- Agreement Compliance: Must accept the terms and conditions of the Merchant Agreement and the Payment Card Industry Standards (PCI DSS).
- Financial Integrity: Must not be involved in financial crimes.
