You should carefully check the service coverage and reliability of the website where you are purchasing the goods and services. Required information includes the card number, CVV code, and card expiration date. If the website you are trying to make a transaction on has introduced the "Verified by VISA/Unionpay/Mastercard" service, you can use your card's Internet PIN to complete the transaction.
- You can log in to your online banking card section and select "get pin code" to receive a new pin code to your registered mobile phone number (cards other than UnionPay cards are available)
- If you do not have online banking, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and fill out the form, or visit a branch to receive a new pin code
