You can temporarily close or reopen your card through your online banking.

If you are in a foreign citizen:
You can temporarily block your card by contacting TDB at (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb_info, or email [email protected]. You can also temporarily block or reopen your card through Online Banking.

You can log in to your online banking card section and select "get pin code" to receive a new pin code to your registered mobile phone number (cards other than UnionPay cards are available)
If you do not have online banking, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and fill out the form, or visit a branch to receive a new pin code

You can transfer money from ATMs within the Trade and Development Bank using your card number. However, to transfer money to other commercial banks, you must use your account number.
