If you are in Mongolia, choose from the following channels to close your card:

  • Contact the 24-hour hotline number 18001977 immediately
  • Access any branch near you
  • You can temporarily close or re-open your card through online banking.

If you are in a foreign country:

  • You can contact TDB at (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb info and email info@tdbm.mn to temporarily block your card.You can also temporarily close or re-open your card through Online Banking.

  • Log in to the card section of your online bank and select "get pin code" to receive a new pin code to your mobile phone number registered in the bank (cards other than UnionPay cards are available)
  • If you do not have an online bank, fill out the form by sending an email to info@tdbm.mn from your registered email address, or contact the branch to get a new PIN code.

  • First of all, you need to contact the 24-hour hotline number (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb_info and e-mail info@tdbm.mn to block your card temporarily.
  • A card confiscated at an ATM of a foreign bank is not returned to the customer under the International Visa procedure, and you will need to get a new card. For this purpose, you can send your request to get a card again to the TDB address info@tdbm.mn from the e-mail address registered in the bank.

You should carefully check the availability and reliability of the website from which you are purchasing the goods and services. Mandatory information includes card number, CVV code and card validity period. If the website you are going to make a transaction with has implemented the "Verified by VISA/Unionpay/Mastercard" service, you can use your card's Internet PIN code to make the transaction.
