Required document
  • Be an employee whose salary comes through the TDB account.

Mongolian citizen:

  • Valid ID or Passport

  • The reference of the ID card obtained from the kiosk in case the original documents are not available

Foreign citizen:

  • Valid passport
  • Residence permit in Mongolia
  • Not required for travel visas
  • Not mandatory for foreign citizens with a contract or job description confirming the business occupation

  • Visit any branch near you

  • You can temporarily close or reopen your card through your online banking.

If you are in a foreign citizen:
You can temporarily block your card by contacting TDB at (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb_info, or email [email protected]. You can also temporarily block or reopen your card through Online Banking.

  • You can log in to your online banking card section and select "get pin code" to receive a new pin code to your registered mobile phone number (cards other than UnionPay cards are available) 
  • If you do not have online banking, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and fill out the form, or visit a branch to receive a new pin code

  • First of all, you need to temporarily block your card by calling the 24-hour hotline (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb_info or email [email protected]
  • Cards seized at a foreign bank ATM are not returned to customers under the International Visa procedure and you will need to get a new card. To do this, you can send a request for card reissue to TDB's [email protected] address from your email address registered with the bank.

  • Domestic and international Visa cards are sold separately, so you will need to order a new international card.
