If you are in Mongolia, please choose one of the following channels to close your card:

  • Contact our 24-hour helpline 18001977 immediately

  • Visit any branch near you

  • You can temporarily close or reopen your card through your online banking. 
     

If you are abroad:
You can contact TDB at (976) 70161988, viber 99001977, we chat 99001977, skype tdb_info or email [email protected] to temporarily close your card. You can also temporarily close or reopen your card through your online banking.

  • You can log in to your online banking card section and select "get pin code" to receive a new pin code to your registered mobile phone number (cards other than UnionPay cards are available) 
  • If you do not have online banking, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address and fill out the form, or visit a branch to receive a new pin code

If the website you are trying to make a transaction on has introduced the "Verified by VISA/Unionpay/Mastercard" service, you can use your card's Internet PIN to complete the transaction.
