WHAT IF THE TRANSACTION IS RETURNED?
If your transfer to a foreign bank has been returned: Please ensure that the payment order is filled out accurately and legibly. Please note that incomplete, incorrect or invalid payment order information may result in delays or the return of your payment.
In case the transaction is returned due to the customer's fault | USD 80 |
Warning!!! Please note that the service fee will not be refunded to the customer if the transfer has been returned due to non-compliance with the recipient bank’s compliance and other requirements.
- According to the international laws and regulations on anti-money laundering and combating terrorism financing, it is mandatory to provide the detailed address and phone number of both the remitter and the recipient.
When transferring US dollars (USD) to Arab countries, Kazakhstan, Moldova and European Union countries, it is mandatory to provide the recipient's IBAN (International Bank Account Number). IBAN stands for ‘International Bank Account Number,’ and it's a comprehensive code consisting of letters and numbers that identifies a customer's account at any bank worldwide.
The IBAN code consists of the country code, the recipient's bank and branch code, and the recipient's account number. Providing the IBAN code for international transfers in the mentioned currencies to European Union countries ensures the transfer reaches the recipient efficiently and cost-effectively.
For example, a German IBAN code consists of 22 characters and is structured as follows: IBAN- DE38 63070024 0030824700
IBAN - DE (Country code) 38 (Check digits) 63070024 (Bank code) 0030824700 (Account number).
- Please pay attention to the following information when transferring money to foreign countries. If you are engaged in international trade and receive an email requesting to transfer payment to a different account due to changes in your counterparty's account information, be sure to verify the authenticity of this request by contacting your counterparty directly by phone.
If you are communicating online with a foreign citizen and are under pressure to make this transfer due to losing personal photos or videos, please report this to the police immediately. If you receive notification on your computer or mobile phone claiming that you’ve won a lottery or are set to receive a large sum of money, and you are asked to make an advance payment, please be aware that this may be a cyber fraud crime. If any of the above situations have happened to you, or if you have any suspicions that they might have, contact the police at 11-311606 or 102 for information or advice. You can also submit your complaint through the police's online application and complaint submission website at www.service.police.gov.mn.
