The OTP application is a one-time password generator application and is used for transactions over 2 million MNT through the TDB Online Plus service. Generate a transaction password from the OTP application when making a transaction. A one-time password generated by OTP lasts 36 seconds.
Download and install the OTP app from the Playstore, App Store, and AppGallery. To configure, you need to enter Serial Number and Activation Code.
The activation code for the OTP application will be sent to your email address which registered with your bank or a text message to your mobile phone.

If you forgot your serial number, you can call 1900-1977 from the bank-registered phone number or e-mail address and send an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn. If you forgot your activation code, you can go to the nearest branch with your ID or password and get it again.

When your service is expired, select your renewal period and enter your login password afterward your service will be extended. There is no fee for renewal.

If there appeared an error "didn't provide rights to do this operation", it means you are using Online info service. So please get registered in Online or Online Plus.
It will be added automatically if the customer opens a new account in TDB Online. If you have opened a new account by visiting the branch, log in your TDB Online service and select account settings from the "my account" then add your account.

If you know the secret questions and answers registered in Most Money, you can unblock by accessing the PIN code and password recovery section. Alternatively, you can call 1900-1977 from a registered mobile phone number or send an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn to get the block remotely. In addition to the above options, you can contact the branch.
If you forgot your Most Money password, you can recover it using the secret questions and answers registered in the service. Alternatively, you can create a new password by sending an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn from a bank-registered email address, filling out the form manually and sending it with the documents. You can also create a new password by accessing your documents at your nearest branch.
If you forgot your Most Money PIN code, you can recover it yourself using the secret questions and answers registered in the service. Alternatively, you can create a new PIN code by sending an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn from a bank-registered email address, filling out the form manually and sending it with the documents. If neither of these is possible, please create a new PIN code by accessing your documents in any field at any of the branches.
Transactions made before 15:30 on week days will be accepted 2-3 hours later. Transactions made after 15:30 will be accepted the next business day.

A TAN code is a one-time, invalid 6-digit password that generated after logging into the Most Money application. This code is valid for 5 minutes and can used to withdraw cash without a card from TDB ATM, make cash withdrawals by phone number at the bank branch, and make purchases at POS.
You can login to Most Money service and get a TAN code, which can used to withdraw cash without a card from our banking branch or ATM.
You can make transactions of 2 million MNT at a time and up to 5 million MNT per day. If you want, you can increase the daily transaction limit to 10 million MNT.
You can log in to the Most Money service and select the type of payment service from the "Bill Payment" menu.
After logging into the Most Money service, you can make a transaction by selecting the mobile operator and the amount of the purchase unit from the "Top up" menu.
You can extend the time by logging into Most Money and selecting the extension option from the “Settings” menu.
You can find the nearest ATMs location by list and map tapping “location” menu of TDB’s web and you can visit our the website to find nearby ATMs location by clicking the menu of “location”.
TDB’s deposit ATM receive to 200 notes at once. For example, if all of your notes consist of 20,000 MNT, you can insert 4,000,000 MNT.
You are enable to make transactions 10 times a day at ATM with any of TDB’s card.
Creating a new pin code is not allowed at ATM unless you remember your previous pin code.
There is no fee to change your pin code.
It’s possible to write a description when making a transfer to TDB account. But isn’t possible to transfer other bank account.
First of all, you need log in to your TDB online to go to menu of “Transaction - Withdraw cash”. Then, you get QR code after you enter the amount of cash. Finally, ATM allows you receive after you scan the QR code on the top of getting cash section.
You can check your balance without any fees on the ATM screen.
If you send a text "ATM BGD or ATM CHD e.g" to number 133133, you will receive information about location of ATMs in the related district. If you send a text "BGD, KHUD e.g" to number 133133, you will receive information about location of Branches in the related district.

As soon as you find out that you have lost your card, please contact Customer Information Center at phone number 19001977 and block your card. You can also come to any branch of TDB with your ID and block your lost card. If you are a TDB online service user, you can block and unblock your card accesing your online account.
If you are abroad
Please call at phone number +(976) 70161988 number and block your card. If you can not make a phone call, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn.

According to International Visa Card Rule, a retained card can not be given back to the customer, so please send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your registered email address in our banking system and request a new card to be issued.
You can come to any branch of TDB with your ID and have your pin code reset. If you are abroad, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn from your registered email address and and have your pin code reset.
You can make online purchase with domestic E-merchants which accept TDB cards. If you making an online purchase from International web site, you have to have a international visa card of TDB.
Most importantly, please check security of the website. Especially, websites of USA and Canada only receive cards of banks which operate in USA and Canada. Information required in making an online purchase are: card number, CVV code and expiration date of the card. If the website uses Verified By Visa service, internet pin code will be required in purchase.
You can get internet pin code at any ATM of TDB or at branch. If there is no ATM nearby you, you can phone 19001977 or send an email to info@tdbm.mn and have a new internet pin code.

You can show to the officer of our branch your ID and return your card.
If the ATM of TDB is not located in a TDB branch
Your card will be colleted by the TDB officer and transffered to TDB Head office. You can check if your card has been received at TDB Head office at phone number 19001977, if yes you can collect it from the Head office.
If the ATM belongs to other commercial banks:
You can check whether your card is transferred to TDB Head office by making a call at phone number 19001977. After your card is transferred to the Head office, you can your card from TDB Head office.

You can visit any TDB branch with your ID and have balance statement.
You should send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your email address that is registered in our bank.
When you use SMS banking service, your account number will be sent to your phone. To get registered in this service you can make a phonecall at 19001977 or send mail to info@tdbm.mn from your registered phone number or email address. You can find out your account number by visiting TDB branch with your ID.
If you can not visit a branch of our bank while you are in countryside or abroad, please send an email to info@tdbm.mn or send message to 133133 number from your registered email address or phone number.

Transaction with amount of under MNT 1 million is to be executed and transferred to the beneficiary’s account instantly. Transaction with over 1 million MNT that is done before 15:30 will be transferred to receivers account in 1-2 hours later. If this kind of transaction is done after 15:30, it will be done on the next working day.
Interbank transfers in different currencies are not processed instantly. A transaction executed before 15:30 will be transferred to recipents account 1-2 hours later, and if the transaction is executed after 15:30, it will be received in next working day.
You can get services in branch only by using ID or passport.
IBAN number is only used in Europian countries, TDB IBAN number is ……………... If you want to receive a transfer into TDB account, you need the TDB SWIFT code …………………...

Information of recipent should be in English. When you make transfers to China, you have to attach the copy of Chinese Characters.
